Men In Fur

Men in Fur began as a new wave band that wrote songs about animals. We wore fur as a tribute to our animal friends, and began to feel the primal urges that our ancestors must have felt, urges to return to a time of lost innocence and tend our flocks in the idyllic countryside. Men in Fur is: Jayme Guokas, Frank Jordan, Eric Van Osten, Melissa Kramer, and Rose Bochansky. All songs written by Jayme and/or Frank except for track 7 (Eric). This album was recorded in West Philadelphia and also in a reverberant hallway at Bryn Mawr Collegebetween July 2002 and May 2004. It was mastered by Jason Nesmith. Kathe Kramer drew the tiger picture, and Dan Mapp provided the photograph of the young man with his bunny rabbit.
