Metric's new record Live it Out, as explained by the band, is an expression of each individual musician. It's a record of questions and struggles as opposed to the answers and observations of "Old World Underground..." It was recorded by the band on their own terms, without explanations and without having to justify any decisions. Metric set out to make an album for all the people who have supported them throughout their career and they did. The result is 10 spontaneous and heartfelt songs that fucking rock.
