An emotional roller coaster ride, influenced by a combination of folk, world music, British pop, and ethereal, old world jazz, this album captures Michael's aggressive acoustic guitar and distinct vocal style. "Grace's Period" is reminiscent of 70's glam rock, boasting Roy Thomas Baker influenced harmonies, tribal percussion, haunting organs, vibes, and analogue synthesizers. Michael has written, arranged, co-produced and played most of the instruments on this timeless record, designing the album's artwork as well. Beginning his first 2-month solo tour of the U.S. and Canada, he will be opening for ex-Wonderstuff singer/songwriter Miles Hunt in early 2000.
