NY Metall

To be able to name but a few bands as dialog cet´s influences would in this case be totally missleading. but you can hear everything between sonic youth, fugazi, unwound, pearl jam, chavez, the ex, led zeppelin to spanish folkmusic. but above all you hear dialog cet. a band which succedes in being both exciting and original sounding, without being difficult and pretencious in a negative sense. they play rock, but in an own type of way with lots of finesse together with a huge creative sense.

Their new record is called "ny metall" (new metal), and has been produced and recorded by dialog cet in matchtown studios, huskvarna just outside jönköping. it is a record that goes against todays commercialized musicscene. when bands put their effort in being tight and getting a polished sound, dialog cet does the opposite. they instead focus on the feel, the sound is punky, heavy and consist, but its all done in a good sense and it all ends up beautiful. its not very tight, but that´s not what dialog cet aims for - they reach for a music experience far from the ordinary!
