Let Go (CD)
This is the NYC trio's first full-length in over four years and is a fascinating departure from their two previous records. "It's over six years since Nada Surf annexed MTV with their sardonic slacker anthem 'Popular', before apparently vanishing into the post-Nirvana one-hit-wonder satchel. But any surprise at the existence of this third LP is nothing compared to the fact of the record's brilliance. Matthew Caws has matured into an acme-level surgeon of life, lyrically smart without clever-clever"--Mojo.

| you know what, this record has taken me by surprise, I was at a local record record store, and they guy that runs the place was playing this thing, I ask him who it was and to my surprise he said Nada Surf, I always remember liking them better than Weezer or Superdrag back in the day, now this record proves there better than the Weezer but it's still a strong race between Nada Surf and the Superdrag, I say if your interested in a good rock and roll effort, get this CD it well worth it | |
