2006, Orange Twin Records
Jack Logan made his mark in 1994 with the release of his 42-song masterpiece, Bulk. The album garnered amazing press in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Interview, The Washington Post, Musician Magazine, and more, and led to television appearances. Logan went on the release several more records and toured America and Europe several times to much acclaim. Nature's Assembly Line is a collection of 15 new songs by Jack Logan and The Monday Night Recorders. The album was recorded in Athens, Georgia, over the course of 2003 by Logan and a revolving cast of some of the best musicians in town. They met every Monday and recorded almost 100 songs in all. Andrew Rieger from Orange Twin and Elf Power picked an order of 15 songs to comprise Nature's Assembly Line and believes this is one of Jack's best and most diverse albums to date. The amazing singing and songwriting mixed with the loose feel of these quickly conceived gems make this his most satisfying album since Bulk.
