New Age

The Albertans are a quintet formed in Vancouver, British Columbia, defects from Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the U.S. They met as a collective in 2008, and piled into a propane-fueled, converted short bus to tour for the next two years, unglamorously, crossing the continent to record in New York and back repeatedly. They traveled 50,000 miles, hopped borders, broke down, and slept on the road. In those two years together, The Albertans recorded an EP and full length with Ernest Jenning Records, and have now finally found a home back in Vancouver.
