Nozomi

Spouse has been sporadically recording and feverishly performing their infectious pop tunes since the spring of '97. Originally from Brunswick, Maine, Spouse has grown through many isoforms to become the steady quintet of today, with a cozy home in Northampton, Massachusetts. "Nozomi" is a collection of sonic elements to get your pop rocks off. These songs range from the experimental bubblegum of "Japanese Sandals" to the infectious sing-along "Focus"; from "Bang"'s hurricane pangs to the epic landscape that is called "San Francisco." Engineered and mixed with Thom Monahan (Pernice Brothers, Lilys) and Mark Alan Miller (Out Out, Acid Pirates).
