O.T.T.

In a drastic measure to breathe new life into their quickly expiring career, Exciter transformed from a trio to a quartet before recording their fifth eponymous album (later also known as O.T.T.). In doing so, they hired their first true front man in Rob Malnati and allowed original singer Chuck Beehler to concentrate on pounding the skins. But none of this could save the band from shooting themselves in the collective foot, as they drifted even further away from the thrash metal which had made them famous in the first place. What's left is a pretty lousy straight-ahead heavy metal band, and only the somewhat decent opening track Scream Bloody Murder would make it into any of their future live performances.
