Features members of Karate and Toadstool. This is actually the Lune's 2nd record, but the first to be released out of the U.S. "The Lune's music can't be simply pigeonholed into a genre. The members of this trade turn on a wide variety of instruments and look to an equally diverse palette of influences for On The Cutting Room Floor. Pedal steel, banjo, trumpet, accordion, harmonica and violin are intertwined with rock's more conventional instruments to convey a style inspired by rock, bluegrass, folk and even a touch of gypsy music. Brad White's vocals stretch with vigor and passion, giving the album an evangelical feel without ever mentioning god or religion. The result is a stunningly raw (not poorly produced, but powerful), frolicking homespun-sounding record."
