Operation S is from Paris, France and have been together two years. Their record sounds like a long-lost late '70s punk/new wave album -- think Dirtnap or BRIEFS with female vocals. The songs have a rough punk guitar sound with great girl vocals and cool, unwimpy keyboards. Operation S is Cecilia and Iwan from NO TALENTS and LOUD MUFFLERS, with Fred and Nicus from TERRIBLES and ANTEENAGERS. The enhanced CD has a cool video clip of "Delinquante."
