| 'Arise Therefore' is a haunting album filled with Will Oldham's lonely, poetic voice. Oldham will leave you overwhelmed and heartbroken by the end of this album. The folkish guitar melodies mixed with the deep bass and beautifully played piano make this album one of a kind. Each listen will undoubtedly resurrect a flood of emotions both joyous and sad. Recorded by Steve Albini in the year of 1996.
