This 1988 collection from Brighton, England, punk ballers Peter & the Test Tube Babies falls just one song short of 1996's Punk Singles Collection, but the 22 tracks that grace Castle's lazily titled Best of Peter & the Test Tube Babies remain as nefarious, off the wall, and infectious as they did in the early '80s.
