The boys of System and Station moved to Madison from Boise, ID
in late 1998. Before forming, the guys were all in popular local bands
in the emerging Boise 'scene' (Built To Spill, Treepeople, Caustic Resin).
In fact, drummer Mike Rundle, used to play in STUNTMAN,
which was comprised of former members of TREEPEOPLE.
Recalls the 'glory days' of independent rock. The band tempers it's progressive side with a punchy, melodic attack reminiscent of 'strings' era SUPERCHUNK. (think Superchunk meets Fugazi, meets Flaming Lips, meets Unwound)
