Present Duo 505 - Late

Duo 505 is a collaboration between two unlikely artists. B.Fleischmann is a German electronic artist whose last year's Welcome Tourist album garnered many rave reviews. Herbert Weixelbaum is a classically trained piano player. What the two have in common is their passion for the Roland MC-505, aka the Groovebox. It's an experiment that blends the level-headedness and ambient tendencies of Fleischmann with Weixelbaum's insistence on disgruntled guitars, slices of distortion and a lo-fi sensibility. As the two work together, their differences dissolve, and something new is created.
