On Relocation Tactics, Spouse leader, Jose Ayerve tells the story of modern man's attempts to adapt to rapidly changing environments and relationships. - Over the years, Spouse has grown into an expansive musical collective consisting of members of the Pernice Brothers, the Silver Jews, Pedro The Lion, as well as such guest vocalists as Erin McKeown and Marykate O'Neil.
