2009, Knife Or Death
VINYL FORMAT. Good pop punk and Minneapolis seem to go hand in hand, and the new full-length Resignation Day is a perfect example. The record is full of irresistible gritty pop punk that is both gruff and ultra catchy, sounding a bit like Jawbreaker mixed with Dillinger Four, with a dash of The Lawrence Arms mixed in for good measure. Banner Pilot proves passionate and has an energy that just can't be denied, and the fact that Nick and Nate used to play in Rivethead and Nate also plays in Off With Their Heads is a major factor.

joshua cisnerosReminds me of digger and lifetime. Great stuff hits the spot. It takes me back to when punk was still fun and not overdone. Really good, nothing new but brings the excitement back to me.
