Hailing from the punk-pop neighborhoods of Washington, D.C., Retisonic is comprised of ex-Bluetip guitarist Jason Farrell, bass player Jim Kimball, and drummer Joe Gorelick of Garden Variety fame. Both Farrell and Gorelick had spent most of the 1990s touring the world with the likes of At the Drive-In, Burning Airlines, Tool, and the International Noise Conspiracy.
