Ride Paranoia

JR Ewing are five restless young men from Oslo, Norway. Comparable to bands like DRIVE LIKE JEHU, ANTIOCH ARROW, THE WHO, SHELLAC, etc. with an updated, technically-minded twist, the group has released one LP/CD (Calling in Dead, Coalition Records, 2000), a 7-song CDEP/10" (The Perfect Drama, Coalition, 2001), and a bunch of EPs since their inception in the winter of 1998. JR EWING's second album, "Ride Paranoia," is their GSL debut. The result is an intense record with a clear and distinct sound, an assault on mainstream "emo" vomit as well as redundant underground hardcore.
