With the success of their previous Grammy-winning album Oye, Aterciopelados landed on countless critics' year-end top ten lists and toured extensively. They'll launch a major market US tour in support of Rio, their new studio album. Co-founders Andrea Echeverri and Hector Buitrago both released attention-grabbing solo albums (Echeverri's received two Grammy nominations), further building anticipation of the band's new release.
