Rumah Sakit

1). Hailing from San Francisco, CA (and featuring members of Tarentel and Tsui), Rumah Sakit (pronounced like Room-Uh-Sock-Eeet!) create a head-swirling excercise in progressive rock intuition. A blend of prog, classic jazz, and contemporary pop that floats in and out of everything from 'Bitches Brew'-era Miles Davis to King Crimson. 'Rumah Sakit' translates as 'Sick house' (hospital) in Indonesian Language.

2). RumahSakit is an indie band from Jakarta, Indonesia. The name Rumah Sakit means 'HOSPITAL' in Indonesian. The band was disbanded at 2004. They've released 2 albums. The first full-album "rumahsakit" was released in 1998, their second full-album was released in 2000, called "nol derajat". http://www.myspace.com/rumahsakitpop
