VINYL FORMAT. A compilation of rare tracks by German avant pioneers, Tangerine Dream, beginning with a rare single from Edgar Froese's pre-TD band, the Ones (a psychedelic affair recorded in 1967, before Froese had fully distanced himself from rock music by selling off his guitars for a host of constantly changing electronic gizmos). The remaining tracks come primarily from their successful "Virgin period," with Christopher Franke on drums and Johannes Schmölling on keyboards. Features the CD-only bonus track "Landing On 51."
