The Enid were formed in 1974 by keyboard player Robert John Godfrey. Over the next fifteen years the band went on to record groundbreaking conceptual rock albums and build a large fanbase through their breathtaking live work. 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' features two programmes showing the band in vastly different settings. 'Claret Hall Farm' was made during the band's special 1984 weekend for the fans, who attended work and performances at The Enid's home & studio setting of Claret Hall Farm.

'Stonehenge Free Festival' was filmed during the Solstice at the last ever free festival to be staged at Stonehenge in 1984. The band not only demonstrate their fine musicianship and originality, but Robert John Godfrey also shares with the audience much of his crucial yet uncomplicated philosophy. This simple footage stands as a great insight and a worthy document of The Enid's warmth, creativity and lasting popularity.

The Enid, still led by Robert John Godfrey, continue to write and record, and are planning an album release and tour later this year.
