Brendan Fowler lives and works in Los Angeles and New York, where he makes art, records, and is one of the editors of ANP Quarterly, a free arts magazine along with Aaron Rose and Ed Templeton. The Urxed is the solo output from Rob Barber of High Places. On his own and in hi element, he slams home the tracks on side 2 of this split. If you are familiar with High Places, then you are familiar with Rob's unique approach to beat and sound making. These (almost) instrumental jams are highly addictive to listen to on and off the dance floor. They provide your soul and feet with the nourishment it needs to get up and shake along with the sounds.
