Originally a limited edition 7", they sold out so quickly the bands involved decided to repress them as CDs so everyone could get a hold of this gem. "Battlecab Dramatica" and "The Irons, New Lion" (affectionately refered to as "Little Italy") were both re-recorded for Operation Surgery; Battlecab much faster, and Little Italy without the hacking cough. Bryant fox played bass on the Husband & Wife tracks. Also, according to Aaron Quillen, the drum sound on Make Your Muscles is the best DIY recording he has ever heard.
