VINYL FORMAT. Three volumes of incantations by Sun Ra and his cohorts, sent to sparse music backdrops, 1957-1982. Unknown, unhinged, let alone unheard recordings from the mystic mind of Sun Ra. This recently unearthed and meticulously restored series compliments our previous trio of early Sun Ra rarities. This first volume includes a 1961 performance of Yochanan's "Message To Earthman," the only recordings vocalist Roy Stubbs did with the Arkestra (1962), 1957/58 recordings made in Chicago and a 1966 poetry suite.
