Tearist
Tearist is a duo from Los Angeles, California, formed by Yasmine Kittles (vocals, percussion) and William Strangeland (synths, programming).
After releasing a 12” EP on No Age’s PPM label, Tearist’s first full-length album, Tearist Living: 2009-Present was released on April 26, 2011 by Thin Wrist Recordings
The album is a rough, raw document taken from audience recordings made in warehouses, lofts, concert halls and everywhere in between.
Kittles also currently records and performs with Former Ghosts.
