VINYL FORMAT. The spawn of actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass, Tenacious D combine grandiose Rock and Roll cliché with hell-bent-for-leather comic passion to create a stew that motivates their legions of fans to caravan cross-country to see their over-the-top live performances. The duo first came to prominence as "the D" in their self- titled HBO show in the late 90's. Originally produced by hit making production duo the Dust Brothers, and featuring Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl on both guitar and drums, this 12th Anniversary Edition is being released with the full cooperation of Jack and Kyle to help kick off their Old School Acoustic Style tour.
