Recorded in June 1980 at Ronnie Scott's
in London Art Pepper on alto sax and
clarinet, pianist Milcho Levieve,
bassist Tony Dumas and drummer Carl
Burnett. 25 tracks including "Blanch The
Cat", "Arthur's Blues", "What's New",
"Stardust", "Red Car", "In A Mellow
Tone", and "Blues For The Fisherman".
The original recording was made using
multi-microphones in a straight stereo
mix without any equalization or noise
reduction and has been mastered without
any also. Includes a 16 page booklet
with notes by Alun Morgan and includes
four interviews with Art Pepper by Les
Tomkins from 1979, 1980 and 1981.
