The Daytrotter Sessions EP

Margot and the Nuclear So & So's are an 8-piece circle of young friends from Indiana who, in the spring of 2005, quietly released one of the most beloved indescribable records in recent memory, The Dust of Retreat. The band was signed to Epic Records in October 2007, and has been writing and recording their major label debut with Brian Deck (Modest Mouse, Iron and Wine).

In anticipation of their upcoming full-length, they will be releasing The Daytrotter Sessions EP. Daytrotter.com is an online streaming site which features acoustic performances from dozens of major and indie artists from their studio in Rock Island, IL. Margot will be the first band to formally release the songs from their session, which features a track list of new material along with The Dust of Retreat favorite, "Bookworm."
