The Hundred in the Hands Long Sleeve Shirt

This is a white Hundred in the Hands long sleeve shirt. It was designed by Samantha Pleet, and printed on American Apparel Fine Jersey Long Sleeve Crew Neck t-shirts in a limited edition of 120! On the heels of our 2009 Collection and driven by the same desire for impeccably designed, quality band apparel, Soundscreen Design approached five highly regarded design studios and fashion designers to create original designs for their choice of two inspiring, influential bands. The 2010 Collection features original designs, printed in limited quantities on American Apparel garments, features custom hang tags denoting designer and band.

About the Designer:
New York Designer Samantha Pleet debuted her namesake collection for the Fall 2006 season. Her signature rompers, jackets and chic day dresses are now best sellers at boutiques across the US and abroad, and she has developed a specialty in dressing indie bands such as Au Revoir Simone, Chairlift, Beach House, and Apache Beat. She also designs Rapscallion, a more accessible line exclusively for Urban Outfitters.

About the Band:
Self-proclaimed as a mix of Disco House, Pop, and Psychedelic, The Hundred in the Hands emerged on the scene in 2007. Brooklyn-based duo Jason Friedman (of the Boggs) and Eleanore Everdell began creating a unique sound together - equal parts dreamy and dance-ready. Friedman masterfully covers the guitars and beats, while Everdell shines with vocals and keyboards. Warp Records caught hold of their music while they played gigs in London, and signed them from there. Their collaborative efforts produced their first single, Undressed in Dresden, which was released in April 2010, followed by their EP This Desert in May 2010. In September 2010, they released the single Pigeons and their much-anticipated self-titled debut full-length.
