Golden Ball is a band that cannot be categorized though influences range from 60s R&B and psych-folk like on the track Rices Mill, to Pink Floyd, T. Rex and Apples in Stereo on the track Vibroplane. In the end though, Golden Ball are their own beautiful monster, existing in a land where distorted bass and guitars meld seemlessly with synth driven rhythms, sparse percussion and strong multi-vocal melodies.
