The Sound of UK Funky

Following the huge success of The Sound of Bassline Vol.1 and Vol.2, Ministry of Sound presents the next in the The Sound of... series with this eagerly awaited UK Funky compilation.

The UK Funky scene has been bubbling up around key cities for some time now and with crossover tracks on the scene ranging from Fish Go Deep's cool club cut The Cure and The Cause through to the pop-fuelled Heads Shoulders, Knees and Toes from K.I.G, the UK Funky movement is set to blow this summer.

Mixed by Footloose, Pioneer and Supa D (DJs hailing from BBC 1xtra, Kiss FM and the creator of the scene respectively), this triple CD release will quench the thirst of a nation striving for summer-touched vocals, contagious rhythms and basslines that will leave you reaching for the rewind button.
