The scene is Greenwich Village, 1963 - up and coming folk singers such as Bob Dylan played the clubs on Bleecker Street, while Seeger, havens, and Odetta performed in gatherings to propel the civil rights movement. The Vietnam War was escalating and the music of Greenwich Village became the social movement that would inspire a generation.
