The Yeah
Pop music duo THE YEAH! teams up Jackie G (Jacqueline Gendel: fine artist-painter) and DJ Wade (Peter Wade: music producer-composer). Their poppy, folky, electronic fun is influenced by Japanese pop, reggae, hip-hop and country, giving them an audience ranging from spunky 5 year-olds to discerning indie rockers. Even mature adults with a penchant for sing-a-long, catchy tunes have gotten their groove on to THE YEAH!'s self-titled debut album.
While THE YEAH!'s second album, "II" nears completion, Jackie G and Peter Wade have kept themselves busy. Pete is producing the likes of music giants Jennifer Lopez, Natasha Bedingfield, and Lindsay Lohan, and Jackie is showing her paintings around NYC and the world.
