Out of the ashes of the legendary late-'80s post-hardcore band Moss Icon, the Convocation Of... is the new project of frontman Tonie Joy, putting together some of the most excellent guitar work of the indie rock nature with a solid driving rhythm section. A full-length self-titled album on art punk label GSL further establishes them as one of the better post-rock bands of the late '90s.
