Thin Thin Line

Few people who enjoyed the signature song "Come Here" in the movie Before Sunrise knew that the artist was folk singer-songwriter Kath Bloom. Kath had recorded several albums in the late seventies but was largely unknown (well, besides to Loren Connors, who is also awesome) by 1995. Her rediscovery since then with reissues and tribute album contributions by artists such as Devendra Banhart and Mark Kozelek is reminiscent of Vashti Bunyan's. Kath's new album, Thin Thin Line justifies the enthusiasm.
