His songs mainly focus on love and romance, he also recorded songs that were socially conscious and somewhat political.
This artist had an amputation recently. He was near death but recovered from a cut on his throat: a failed attempt on his life.
Tlahoun Gessesse has a unique voice; he can hit high notes and is considered a favorite of other artists of his era, young artists, musicians and the people of Ethiopia.
