The Tour of the Universe that followed the release of Depeche Mode's twelfth studio album, The Sounds of the Universe, saw Depeche Mode tour with stadium shows for the first time. In twelve months of touring the band played 102 shows to in-excess of 2.5 million people. Mute Records celebrates this amazing live show with the release of the Tour of the Universe: Live in Barcelona DVD. Filmed at Barcelona, Palau St. Jordi, on November 20th and 21st, 2009. The DVD features the full twenty-one track live concert plus four bonus tracks, while the two CDs contain the full live audio of the tracks from the DVD.
