Originally mix master for Mexican hip-hop outfit Control Machete, Toy Selectah is a fusion artist, pioneer in the electro-cumbia fiesta fever.

Representative and contributor of Diplo's Mad Decent label.

Refers to his own music style as "Global ghetto tech. Probably the definition of my work is 'Ravertons' a mix of rave, Caribbean beats, Baltimore, cumbia, tech, house, hip hop"
