Triple Rock

Named for the Minneapolis club where it was recorded, Triple Rock is a new two-part full length CD from Dosh. One half features the looping magic of his one man show, augmented for the first time with a full band: Andrew Bird, Mike Lewis, Jeremy Ylvisaker, JT Bates, and Adam Linz. Freewheeling and raucous, yet somehow reined in by the repeating loops of drums, Rhodes and static, these four live tracks are an exciting document of an already legendary show. The other half of the CD is a tribute to the Dosh Family cat, Henderson, who's wonderful life was cut short by a hit-and-run driver in front of their house this past fall.
