Under Attack is group-founder Mike Peters' first release with The Alarm since his recent battle against leukemia and finds him joined by ex-Gene Loves Jezebel guitarist James Stevenson, ex-The Cult and Mission UK bassist Craig Adams and Stiff Little Fingers drummer Steve Grantley. 'Superchannel', the album's first single, went to #1 in the UK. Formed in Wales in 1981, The Alarm were one of the most successful post-punk bands of their era, selling more than 5 million albums worldwide. They scored radio hits with 'Sixty Eight Guns', 'Spirit of 76', 'The Stand' and 'Rain in the Summertime' and reached the U.S. Top 40 with their 1985 album Strength. (eleven thirty records)
