2004, Bluurg
LIMITED CDEP. Subhumans (The UK ones, as opposed to the chaps from Vancouver) were one of the more noticeable bands in the anarcho-punk scene in the UK from 1980-1985, alongside Conflict, Crass, Rudimentary Peni, Flux of Pink Indians, Antisect, and others. Angry, intelligent lyrics and music far more diverse than most punk, their attitude was self-searching and strongly DIY. Their five LPS, six Eps, and numerous cassettes were released on their own Bluurg Records, which itself put out records by other bands on a no-contract trust basis.
