The first album from Unwound in three years finds them naturally having spent more time refining their musicianship in the studio. Their style has grown toward more ambitious playing. Their songwriting has matured with the creation of refined pieces and movements, well balanced and thought out. There are instrumental pieces that will surprise you, and sing-alongs that will woo you. Guest musicians include Steve Fisk, Janet Weiss, and Brandt Sandeno.
