Buddyhead, the Los Angeles based shit-stirrers responsible for one of the most infamous web sites on the internet (www.buddyhead.com) have brought us their latest and greatest compilation.
The songs presented here are almost all exclusive to this compilation. That means you can't find these particular Weezer, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Primal Scream, Mudhoney, Cave In, Dead Meadow, Pleasure Forever, Beehive and the Barracudas, Le Tigre, Radio Vago, The Icarus Line, Wire and other tracks anywhere else. Your Host for the compilation is the Godfather of Punk himself, Iggy Pop, who offers exclusive spoken word jams.
Every band was given one panel each for their own artwork and whatever information their song required. The cover drawing of Charles Manson and the drawing of the policeman on the inside panel are pieces by Raymond Pettibon, who drew the cover art for all the Black Flag records, as well as the heart on the most recent Foo Fighters album.
