After six groundbreaking, classic albums released with Outkast, Big Boi launched his full-fledged solo career. While he had released a previous solo album in Speakerboxxx, it still was technically under the Outkast name. 2010's Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty was his first official solo album as Big Boi and featured guest artists like Janelle Monae. The album earned praise for its inventive sound, varied musical style, and Big Boi's lyricism. Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors promises to be just as genre bending and exciting as Big Boi's other projects.
