We Blow You Suck

VINYL FORMAT. We Blow You Suck is the debut release from the rowdy 19-piece brass band from Providence RI, What Cheer? Brigade. On this album the band take their loud, mobile, electricity-less music from the street and into the the well respected Machines With Magnets recording studio to lay down their wild and unique brand of marching band punk rock on tape. Since 2005, this band has had an enormous amount of success playing bars, clubs, libraries, cemeteries, weddings, bus stops, ferris and elementary school playgrounds around the United States and Europe. Highlights include playing with bands such as Dan Deacon, Man Man, Japanther, Lightning Bolt, Wolf Parade, and Matt and Kim and participating in festivals such as Lollapalooza, the Newport Folk Festival, Sziget festival, Guca Festival and The Honk Fest. Now the band has teamed up with Anchor Brain to further promote the What Cheer? Brigade experience. We Blow You Suck smashes together myriad musical traditions, crumples them into a ball and throws them into a waste(d)basket sitting on the dance floor of a sweaty warehouse that could be anywhere in the world. Listen, and you'll understand why this is Luddite Hardcore - aggressive, loud and unamplified.
