We Make Beginning

THE JE NE SAIS QUOI from Sweden are back at it with their debut full length. Sweden, a country with a great musical tradition, from ABBA in the past, to this last decade with great (punk) rocking bands like The Hives, Sahara Hot Nights and International Noise Conspiracy. In between that great tradition of camp dance and rocking music is THE JE NE SAIS QUOI. A band that combines the sounds of Le Tigre, The Make Up, (early) Wire, Sonic Youth and Gang of Four. The result is a dark stripped down garage sound with a hypnotic beat and funky basslines. Music, as the band puts it best: tear up the livingroom, dominate the dancefloor!
