Difficult to define, eccentric to experience, and a sensory overload. Philadelphia's Need New Body is widely known for their stunning theatrical live show. They use elaborate costumes, irregular instrumentation, one of a kind merchandise, and a fire-like performance. They smash organ, drums, sax, bass, pots and pans, banjos, fractious shards of out-jazz, funk, gibber gabber, and derelict cabaret into a wicked hurdy gurdy. This is their first release for 5RC. They're part of the "Psychedelphia" sound, and earlier this year they played the high profile All Tomorrow's Parties festival in the UK.
