Where's Jason's K?

VINYL FORMAT. DFA Records is proud to unveil the debut album from the trio Syclops-- featuring Sven Kortehisto on keyboards and electronics, Hanna Sarkari on bass, keyboards and electronics and Jukka Kantonen on drums, percussion and drum programming. This was produced by Maurice Fulton. On the first 12-inch single from the album, we are exposed to the full and raw bluntness of this northern power trio. On the A-side is a teaser called "Where's Jason's K" from the forthcoming album-- it's a deep, dark electro anthem for 2008 that is sure to ignite dance floors. We do not know who Jason is or where he misplaced his K; we are just grateful he inspired this tune. The B-side features an exclusive non-album track, "Monkeypuss"--an early-afternoon pre-sauna jam session full of funky, spiraling bass lines and dirty, hard-edged vibes.
